Making a great coffee
To
make a good cup of coffee you must start with fresh
roasted coffee their is vary little flavour in old
stale coffee. When you roast coffee it brings the
oils to the surface witch are extremely volatile,
this is why coffee has such a strong smell . By
roasting your coffee and grinding it just before you
are going to brew it you get to enjoy all the flavor
from the coffee

ground coffee in a filter basket. The best coffee first
comes out black and then carema. Switch off coffee
maker before coffee becomes watery or bitter.
